1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Our store operates normally with authentic goods sourced by offline professional buyers. All items are purchased physically before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. International Delivery Time
We provide global international shipping service.
Due to uncontrollable factors including customs inspection, transit backlog, local logistics delays and customs clearance procedures, the estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates as customs clearance schedules vary by country.
3. Tracking Information
Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email automatically.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and local taxes incurred upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We declare product value truthfully according to actual transaction price. If you refuse to pay customs duties or reject customs inspection, the package will be returned or destroyed by local customs, and all related costs will be borne by you.
5. Important Chargeback Rule
Chargebacks are not acceptable while the package is still in transit.
If you have any dissatisfaction with the items after receiving the parcel, please contact our customer service to apply for a refund following our return policy. We will solve your problem actively. We reserve the right to dispute all unreasonable transit-period chargebacks.
6. Lost / Damaged Package
If your package is lost or severely damaged during transit, please provide complete tracking records and photos of damaged goods to our support team within 7 days after delivery. We will negotiate compensation solutions with the logistics carrier on your behalf.
Compensation only covers product value, excluding shipping fees.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If the package cannot be delivered due to wrong address, unreachable recipient, or refusal of customs clearance, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (if applicable). We will not bear extra return freight caused by buyer’s mistakes.
